The rooms were fresh, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, a good variety and again all very fresh. The staff were very helpful and I have to confess their English is much better than our French. No tea/ coffee/ water in the room but it was available 24/7 (free) from the breakfast area. The coffee was proper bean to cup, not instant and the tea was again good quality loose tea with tea pots or you could fill your own tea bag. Only a short walk to the old part of Laval which is a delightful place and the parks are beautiful.

Excellent location. Between train and historic area. Easy 5 to 10 min walks. Supermarket a few minutes walk Warm welcoming staff. The usual ibis styles brand. Rooms small but well designed. And always the super comfy bed and pillows. Window able to open for good ventilation. Seemed very quiet. Good nights sleep. Recommend but the price for me was not wonderful value for money.

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were a real feast and set one up for the day! The location was spot on for sightseeing and shopping. Highly recommend you stay here!

The breakfast was very good and available from early morning with a good selection of fresh and tasty food. The rooms are spacious and en suite with enough storage for a few clothes. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite and the residents bar is an excellent facility.

Modern, clean & a great location The staff were very friendly & couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to the manager Aline who gave us excellent suggestions to eat & places to visit and was always happy to help.

Lovely hotel ibis everything neat and tidy Staff were excellent from the cleaners to the manager who came over several times to chat and make sure everything was ok Our French not being great the staff were patient and helpful and good fun to chat with

Great, great, great!!! The hotel was 8 minutes walk from the main Laval train station. The main reception included a bar/dining area. You could tell the whole hotel design had been thought through and looked almost brand new. The bedroom was immaculate and had the same attention to detail in the design as the reception. The double bed was definitely larger than a normal standard double, which was lovely, and the mattress was just firm enough not to be springy or too soft, but with nice plump pillows; a third spare pillow was in the room. The air conditioner was great to be able to keep cool at night and a timer towel radiator in the bathroom meant that I was able to have a hot towel when stepping out of the shower! The shower head was very large and right above my head, with a thermostatic control which delivered a strong and lovely warm supply of water without any interruption. The breakfast was served with a good continental selection too! Finally, the staff were just genuinely lovely!

Very nice place,very easy to find,in the Town centre,and two minutes off the Velo Francette cycle route.Room was excellent,as was the shower,and I could secure my bike in the room,good choice at breakfast.
